NEW Salsa Class Syllabus has just been implemented this week. Beginners, Improvers & most importantly Intermediate & Upper intermediate will be affected by these exciting new changes to the syllabus. The Intermediate is now 8 week courses over 7 parts (over 14 months) Part-1 has started new amazing shine series "footwork" every single week, as well as updated combos. Thats over 50 New shines & 120 turn patterns..
If You were in Upper Intermediate previously, this level no longer exists. But, join in the intermediate level asap, as this is going to be quite different with the New Shines syllabus & with tips on how to make combos more advanced. Plus you will be required to know all NEW 56 Intermediate Shines by name to move onto the new Advanced level in the future (yes there will be a test).... read more here about all the levels here >

Learn 3 of the following Latin Dances; which will rotate each time we run these intros. "Ideal for New Beginners!" or if you want to try news styles out.
You will learn from Salsa Latina's teachers which will teach the basics of some of these Latin dances in these introduction classes, known as "Intro's". To take it further the best thing to do would be to enrol in a Beginners Salsa 8 week Course, plus you still get a 1st Free class as well. check the dates on the timetable or enrolment page - enrol below
Can I join? Yes, these are ideal for absolute beginners and for those who want to learn about another dance style. Or if you just wanna have some fun, its very social. So bring a few friends to try this class out. Please enrol if you haven't enrolled in a Salsa Latina previously.
Salsa Night After: Then after the class its "Thursday Salsa Night" infact this is part of the evening, so feel free to carry on dancing till midnight, it's Free entry and BYO Drinks, so make a night of it! more>

You will learn Variations & fun combos that are based on Beginner Fundamentals. Plus learn basic dips and learn 2 new beginners Fundamentals. Can I Join this Level? Join this level 'any time' after completing the Beginners level. Where do I go after completing? Join in the Improvers Level course.

Zouk Course Open Level 8 week Course (all levels)
• Ideal for anyone who has had some partner dancing experience or if you have done Zouk before.
• Beginners are welcome but "Absolute Beginners" are not ideal, we recommend that you have done a few beginners classes in Salsa to get you moving because of hand holds and turning techniques.
• If you haven't tried Zouk before, or if you have done previous Zouk courses you will learn something new.
• Learn Zouk basics, style and
technique. We will also be including Neo Zouk influences.
• Progress to next level: After this level you can progress to Intermediate Zouk. see timetable or newsletter for more info.
What is Zouk? It's another fun Latin Dance that originates from Brazil with french influence, it's a relative of Lambada and is sometimes called Zouk Lambada. see video below or a Zouk performance. see a video here >
