	Quake Recap: After a massive 7.2 Earth Quake hit Christchurch on the 4th of Sept & a series of aftershocks, Manchester courts building, which 'Salsa latina resided', will be demolished due to structural damage. We are very sad to see the old place go & we have suffered a massive loss to the business "Salsa Latina". But the good news is, we have found a better studio... info to come

International Instructors from Brazil & Brisbane teaching Zouk & Samba De Gafiera and Salsa & Zouk Party at Night, Change of Venue due to Salsa Latina's loss of studio in the Earth Quake... not to be missed, more info below.

Social Dance Night Join us for a Hot Salsa Night at 'The Base Bar & Nightclub' - located in the heart of Sol Square in Christchurch. Come down and have a look, try some Latin style drinks and dance the night away! It's the largest regular Salsa venue in Chch with 3 dance floors, amazing lighting & sound. Anyone can come, this night is for everybody at all levels, dancers and non-dancers we have a free dance class to get you started.

New Timing Salsa CD (2010) or Mp3 Set (2009) contains essential timing, rhythms & music for salsa dancers. it's for beginners to advanced levels. It contains counts so you can get used to stepping in time with salsa and give you not only music to practice to, but knowledge of how salsa music is constructed, so you can become a better dancer. Salsa Latina uses tracks in its classes, it will train your brain to stay in time. There is a total of 13 tracks and tempos ranging from slow to med paced songs and now includes a bonus cha cha percussion track.

Bonus Info - This is also a learning system, you will also be given a hidden link to this website that will give you information on how to use these tracks, this is to aid your learning on how the music is constructed and how to learn to dance in time and find that (on1) count.
