☆ Social Teaching & Why You Shouldn't
People often get frustrated by those who think they are trying to help.
- Why you shouldn’t teach!
- When & where should you help and is it needed?
Trying to teach or correct someone on the social dance floor is ‘always’ a bad idea, most people find this very annoying, off-putting & unwarranted, it's a quick way to get turned down for another dance.
It's considered bad etiquette to teach or correct people in a social environment, unless you do it off the side of the main dance floor and you have both agreed to work on something. If you teach in the ‘middle’ of the dance floor this is even worse! Because it’s no longer social dancing and stops the flow on the dance floor. If you can imagine....

For Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba this is an awesome way to progress faster, jump levels or if you miss a class to catch up. In a private lesson we go through all little details that we can not attend to in group classes & fix bad habits you may pick up along the way.
